Worldwide shipping:

 

All jewellery is delivered securely worldwide by courier with tracking number. Please bear in mind that delivery times vary, all depending on your location. Almost all of my products are made-to-order, so the time between order and shipping can be between 3 to 6 working days.
Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO BOX. Customer is responsible for collection of ordered goods. In the delivery shall be repeated for some reason, customer is bearing the delivery cost. Any customs duties (if applicable) shall be paid by recipient.

Shipping time is:

  • Standard 5-15 working days

  • Express 3-5 working days

Returns+ Exchanges:

I want all my customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact me.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) within 14 days (except customized order). All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach my studio. Please ensure you pack the return product safely to prevent any damage. Once I have received the returned products, I will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.

 

Exchange for size:

While I am more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered. Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their order as well as the re-shipping fee back to them if exchange of size is needed (except rings with stones).

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state your name, address and description of the problem.

Cancellation:

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund (except customized order). Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you need to change your order once it has been submitted please contact me immediately. If the product has been shipped already, no changes to the order will be possible.
